Classic Crunchy Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno poppers speak to my soul! They’re a favorite appetizer along with chips, queso and salsa at my house. My favorite thing they typically go with would definitely be tacos, but really even for more classic get together food like burgers they’re a great way to welcome in your guests. It really compliments chilled appetizers nicely and the best part is, they only take 20 minutes to make. When you’re crunched for time, this is a GODSEND! That’s why I wanted to share with you today how to make Classic Crunchy Jalapeno Poppers.

3-Way Superbowl Fry Bar

As you know, Superbowl Sunday is tomorrow! If you’re like me, that probably makes your skin crawl because you may have actually done nothing about getting supplies together. There were quite a few people that were ready to go earlier in the week. Seriously, when it’s busy at Walmart at 7:00am in the morning you can probably guess that a holiday is near. In fact, the cashier admitted to my fiance and I that it was probably busier the week of Superbowl than the week of Christmas. #PrioritiesforAmericans! Anyhow, I know that burgers and fries are pretty standard fare at Superbowl parties but if not, fries are ALWAYS a nice addition, so without further ado here are some sauces/combos you can easily throw together to make a 3 Way Superbowl Fry Bar!

Of course you’ll need to feed some of the people you’re spending time with, and appetizers area  great way to do that! That’s why today I’m showing you how to make these Firecracker Cream Cheese Ball Bites!

Sadies (which is made in New Mexico), specifically the hot kind of traditional – that’s where its at. But when you live in a place that doesn’t have access to this fantastic brand I have a really quick and easy 3 Step Mild Restaurant Style Salsa recipe to share!

3 Ingredient (Microwaveable) Queso

So a few days ago I shared a recipe for these easy and delicious Two-Step Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, but what are chips without something to dip them in? That’s right – not near as good as they could be. One of my fiance’s favorite thing to eat them with is queso, and who can blame him, right? Queso is good year round but in my opinion it’s even better when it’s cold outside. If chile and cheese can’t warm your soul- then I’m pretty sure that you’re not a human being. That’s why I’m so excited to share this 3 Ingredient (Microwaveable) Queso recipe with you!
